- Put a few sprigs of chajarat mariam in cold water and bring to the boil. Sweeten or not.
With this method, the strands can no longer be reused!
- Drink one cup in the morning from the 3 rd day of the menstrual cycle until the last day.
Duration:
- 1 to 3 cycles.
Infusion method number 2 Recommended by BioMiel & Co:
- Place the rose in a bowl of cold water and let it open. Once opened, remove and dry on absorbent paper for 2 to 3 weeks. Recover the water from the bowl and heat. Sweeten or not.
The plant can be reused.
- Drink one cup in the morning from the 3 rd day of the menstrual cycle until the last day.
Duration:
- 1 to 3 cycles.
We have had (by the grace of Allah), several positive returns with conclusive treatments resulting in ovulations but we insist on the fact that these are only causes and that the treatment may vary from person to person.
