Like all honeys, white honey from Kyrgyzstan has skin-healing and antibacterial benefits.
However, it is not commonly used in this sense, and there are no studies extolling the specific merits of this hive product in cosmetic use on body and facial skin.
For a healing or cosmetic use of honey, we prefer varieties such as thyme or manuka.
Why is white honey from Kyrgyzstan consumed?
It's mainly for its taste that it's chosen, but also its white appearance, which intrigues when you're not familiar with it.
Once tasted, it's pretty hard to get enough. A fairly creamy texture that children really like. Very useful when they can't stand the taste of honey but you want to give them some to improve their health.
If you don't have any other honeys on hand and urgently wish to create your own cosmetics, white honey can act as a troubleshooter.

Before applying your honey to the skin of your face or body, or mixing it with other natural products, test your skin to make sure you're not allergic.
Do not apply around the eyes and check other contraindications of other added products.
If you wish to treat skin problems, consult a doctor. Acting directly on the skin does not always solve this type of problem.
