Fighting hair loss
To combat hair loss and purify the scalp, apply a few drops of black cumin oil in a circular massage directly onto the scalp (if scalp is sensitive, dilute with another oil). Leave on for at least 20 minutes, but preferably overnight for best results. The next day, apply shampoo. Use this technique every day for a month.

On a daily basis, it can be used in reasonable quantities either as day or night care.
Just pour a few drops, warm them between your hands before applying the oil to your face (avoiding the eye area), massaging gently until it is absorbed by the skin. There's no need to apply too much organic black cumin oil to the face, as this could even lead to clogged pores.
If you're using black cumin oil for the first time, to prevent any allergic reactions, perform a skin tolerance test by putting 2 drops of oil on the wrist and wait 4 hours. If no skin reaction occurs, the oil can be used (preferably diluted).
Black cumin oil for health
We've seen the benefits of black cumin oil for the skin and hair, but did you know it could be ingested in particular to boost the immune system? In fact, this oil contains various curative properties that enable it to stimulate certain body defenses. Simply take it as a one- or two-month course of treatment (never more than 12 weeks), ingesting one teaspoon of oil daily morning or evening, mixed, for example, with honey.
The nigella oil is also said to reduce blood sugar and cholesterol levels. It is also said to be effective in soothing certain ailments and inflammations such as hay fever or bronchitis. To do this, simply use drinking black cumin oil in the form of an infusion or herbal tea.
This oil also helps neutralize certain allergic reactions thanks to an active principle it contains called thymoquinone. If used in case of allergy, it can also be consumed in the form of an herbal tea, but ideally it should be used preventively during the spring and, if necessary, during part of the summer.

Nigella oil: precautions and contraindications
This oil is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women and children under 7.
If applied to the face, avoid the eye contour area.

It is recommended to perform a skin tolerance test before use.
If consumed daily, do not exceed 12 consecutive weeks and take a break of at least one month between each course of treatment.
Since black cumin oil is sensitive to oxidation, it should be stored in a cool place (20°C maximum), away from air and light.
