Fenugreek is a herbaceous plant, it is native to North Africa and the Mediterranean basin. It is one of the oldest culinary and medicinal plants in history: during Antiquity, it was used to feed animals.

The Egyptians used it to embalm the dead and to purify the air in places of worship and homes. In the Middle Ages, fenugreek was used to fight against lice and hair loss. In India, women consumed it to promote lactation and in Ancient Greece, it was used for its soothing properties. In the West, these benefits have been recognized since its period of registration in the pharmacopoeia, i.e. in the 17th century. Since then, its virtues have never been disputed.

Fenugreek oil is used nowadays for hair, body and many other uses.

Pure fenugreek oil has many beauty benefits, particularly for the hair, the skin, but also to give volume to the chest or buttocks.

FOR HAIR :

Thanks to its incredible constitution (vitamins B1, B3, A and C, vegetable proteins, calcium, phosphorus, iron, sulfur, magnesium, lecithin, etc.), fenugreek oil is known for:

- fight against hair loss and stimulate their growth,

- coat and nourish the hair fiber,

Directions for use: Gently massage the scalp with fenugreek oil. Wrap your hair in a towel and leave for 30 minutes to 1 hour, then wash your hair. Repeat this operation twice a week.
