Our capsules each contain 500 mg of black cumin oil. You can take 2 to 4 capsules a day, which corresponds to 1 to 2 g of oil daily.

Habachiya oil is reputed to be the best of all black cumin oils. Growing conditions in Ethiopia enable the seeds to be rich in active ingredients, and in particular thymoquinone, the essential oil responsible for most of habba sawda's therapeutic properties.

The oil in our dietary supplements is obtained from Ethiopian black cumin seeds. Habachiya black cumin oil is concentrated in active ingredients and rich in thymoquinone. It is analyzed in a French laboratory to guarantee its purity and quality.

The capsule shell is made from fish gelatin, so it's suitable for halal/kosher/meat-free diets

No contraindications have been issued for black cumin seeds. Nevertheless, as a preventive measure, black cumin oil consumption is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, or for children under 6.

Respect the recommended daily doses (1000 to 2000 mg per day). A strong overdose may prove slightly toxic, as black cumin oil contains saponins and alkaloids.

​Notre société Biomielandco a été notifiée d’une interdiction de commercialiser en Europe de denrées et d’ingrédients alimentaires contenant la plante artémisia annua (nouvel aliment non autorisé par le Règlement (UE) n°2015/2283).

En effet, l'Académie Nationale de Médecine met en garde sur "la consommation à grande échelle de tisanes d'Artemisia annua, qui serait susceptible d'entraîner l'apparition de résistances aux antipaludiques à base d'artémisinine, essentiels pour le traitement des paludismes à Plasmodium falciparum non compliqués.

Cette information a conduit notre société à retirer de notre site internet de la vente plusieurs prpduits, qui ne doivent plus être consommés :
