• Black seed oil has been used since Antiquity for its numerous health and beauty benefits. You can consume it internally or externally, depending on your needs. It has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. It also strengthens the immune system, regulates blood sugar and cholesterol levels, relieves digestive disorders and fights infections. In addition, it helps soothe joint and muscle pain, heal wounds and burns. Finally, it nourishes and protects the skin and hair and prevents skin aging.
  
  
• The royal jelly energized preparation is rich in vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes and other active substances. It has revitalizing, stimulating, regenerating and protective properties. • The throat and bronchial solution with Manuka honey is made up of more than 50% honey. You can take it daily to maintain the health of the respiratory tract, or occasionally to relieve colds, coughs, or throat irritations. It can also reduce inflammation in the respiratory tract and prevent bacterial infections.
  
  
• The cold mixture contains vitamin C, which contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, and echinacea, which supports the body's natural defenses. Thyme and eucalyptus are known for their expectorant and antiseptic properties, while lemon brings a touch of freshness and vitality.

• To take advantage from the benefits of black seed oil, we recommend that you take a teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach. You can add it to your herbal teas or mix it with honey. You can also massage your face, body or scalp with a few drops of black seed oil, or apply it locally to the areas to be treated.
  
  
• As for the energized royal jelly preparation, we advise you to take one ampoule per day, in the morning on an empty stomach, for 10 days. You must shake the ampoule before opening, drink slowly and mix with saliva before swallowing. • The energized preparation, like the cold mixture, is not recommended for people allergic to bee products. It does not replace a varied and balanced diet, nor a healthy lifestyle.
  
  
• The Throat and Bronches Solution is not recommended for children under 6 years old and pregnant and breastfeeding women. Do not consume in case of asthma or allergies, particularly to bee products.

• Store black seed oil away from light, heat and humidity.
  
  
• The organic royal jelly preparation can be stored in the refrigerator, after opening, and consumed within 7 days.
  
  
• After opening, consume the Throat and Bronches solution within the following 7 days.
  
  
• To keep the cold snap mixture in the best conditions, we recommend that you store it away from light, heat and humidity. Avoid putting it in the refrigerator, as the cold can crystallize it and make it difficult to consume. If your honey becomes too hard, you can soften it by placing it in a water bath, without exceeding 40°C. Do not reheat the mixture in the microwave, as this may alter its properties.
