Siberian Russian pink honey - 250g

Honey is a natural product extremely rich in health benefits. A source of nutrients and antioxidants, it helps strengthen the immune system, fight infection and inflammation, soothe gastrointestinal disorders or even heal.

Enriched with rosehip, the false fruit of the wild rose, pink honey is a source of:

• of antioxidant vitamins (vitamin A, vitamin C and E);
• minerals and trace elements (calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, sulfur, zinc and iron)
• essential fatty acids (omega 3 and 6).

The vitamin C content of rosehips is far higher than that of citrus fruits, ranging from 500 to 5000 mg per 100 g of fruit!

Our honey is produced and harvested by hand by Siberian beekeepers. This high-mountain region has the advantage of still well-preserved flora, where bees can forage on a variety of Altai flowers and plants such as the wild rose (or dog rose).

Rose honey is therefore a variety of high-quality polyfloral honey, enriched with fruit extract at the brewing stage (which gives it its beautiful soft pink color and precious vitamins).

Russian pink honey is like a natural confection. The sensory experience begins with the eyes, with its beautiful powdery pink color, hinting at infinite sweetness.

Its smooth, creamy texture melts in the mouth and is reminiscent of a light spread on the tongue.

As for its flavor, it's very mild, nicely sweetened, with fruit aromas. All pink honey lovers agree that it has a delicious candy aftertaste, similar to cotton candy for some. It's sure to delight the taste buds and take you back to childhood!

All honeys and honey-based products (even pasteurized) are not recommended for children under 12 months and contraindicated for people allergic to hive products.

Contraindicated for people allergic to rosehip (Rosa canina).

Honey should always be stored at room temperature, between 9 and 25°C, away from sunlight and humidity. We do not recommend refrigeration (risk of fermentation, rapid crystallization, alteration of taste).
